It shall be the policy of the St. Louis Board of Education, when necessary resources are identified, to offer adult education activities at appropriate times and in suitable locations throughout the community. The divisions of community education and career and vocational education will offer these adult activities through the adult basic education program, the adult vocational education program and the community school program.
