Evaluation of Instructional Program

Evaluation of the District Program for the Education of Students with Disabilities.

It shall be the policy of the St. Louis Board of Education to assure the yearly evaluation of special education programs in accordance with state and federal laws regarding the education of students with disabilities.

Evaluation of the Instructional Program

Evaluation of District Program for the Education of the Students with Disabilities

Pursuant to Board of Education Policy P6181 an annual evaluation of special education programs shall be conducted pursuant to state and federal law and regulations. It shall include:

(a) The district's conformity to its annual compliance plan;

(b) Analysis and evaluation of special education program components;

(c) Evaluation of individualized education program (IEP) development, appropriateness, and implementation.
