ST. LOUIS BOARD OF EDUCATION REGULATION

The superintendent shall establish administrative regulations and provide the board with recommendations for summer programs in accordance with statutory requirements, limitations, the Desegregation Settlement Agreement and budgetary considerations. Individual program plans and recruitment efforts will vary from year to year based on the needs of the district and financial resources.
