LOUIS BOARD OF EDUCATION POLICY INSTRUCTION Instructional Resources for Students -- Learning Laboratories The Board of Education recognizes the importance of seeking state and federal money for learning laboratories. The implementation of these learning laboratories, for students who qualify, will be based on the appropriate state and federal guidelines, regulations, or laws.
