ST. LOUIS BOARD OF EDUCATION POLICY The Board of Education recognizes that analysis or exploratory study of the teaching and learning process may be valuable in planning for school improvement. Teachers in service to the district as well as external sources should follow the guidelines for research requests provided by the department of research, evaluation, and assessment.
