Instructional Services
Equipment, Books and Materials -- Supplementary Materials

Supplementary instructional materials, i.e., replaceable teaching aids, that support and enrich the main text and aid the instructional program, shall be kept in the school. These include workbooks, charts, tests, newspapers, audiovisual materials, maps and globes, duplicating masters, computer software, kits, etc.

The school administrative staff is responsible for determining and ordering the additional materials needed to implement an effective instructional program. These orders will be reviewed and approved by the office for site support non-instructional and the appropriate assistant superintendent for elementary, middle and secondary school administration. The materials will be bought within the existing financial limitations.
