ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE AND SECONDARY
Reporting Acts of Violence

It is the policy of the board to comply with all provisions of the Missouri Safe Schools Act of 1996. Such compliance requires the dissemination of information relating to students to and from school administrators with teachers and other board employees and with law enforcement officials. The information shall be reported and communicated consistent with state and federal law, and as required by board policies, regulations, and administrative guidelines.
