ST. LOUIS BOARD OF EDUCATION REGULATION Elementary and middle school children shall report to school not later than the announced starting time for their respective schools. Their departure from home should be so regulated that they do not arrive at school earlier than thirty (30) minutes before the start of the school day. The superintendent may direct that earlier or later starting or dismissal times be established for school sessions as needs and conditions dictate. B. Secondary High school students shall report to school not later than the announced starting time for their respective school. Class and lunch periods shall be scheduled by the principal of each school to fit the school program and the facilities available.
