Transfers In keeping with the philosophy that the local community education program is a separate program geared to the local community, community education center employees shall not automatically be entitled to transfer from one local site program to another. A transfer to the regular school program will be possible only if the community education center employee complies with the Board of Education regulations governing the filling of vacancies in the position sought.
