Evaluating Employees

The performance-based evaluation process for all community education center employees shall be recommended by the superintendent of schools and approved by the Board of Education. The community education center coordinators, and the executive director of community education shall coordinate all evaluation activities and shall welcome communication from advisory boards regarding the performance of the employees. The superintendent may also form a special evaluation team or teams to evaluate the community education center employees, which may consist of individuals who are not associated with the school.
