Employee Assistance Program

The Board of Education recognizes that from time to time any person may have a personal problem which threatens to affect or does affect attitude, attendance or productivity and has, therefore, established an employee assistance program to provide all employees and family members (spouse and children) with free, confidential, professional consultation to assist in resolving personal problems. The Division of Human Resources shall serve as liaison to the agency contracted to provide the employee assistance program.

Employees may obtain professional assistance through the employee assistance program in one of the following three ways:

a. Self referral

b. Supervisor referral

c. Medical referral
