Suspension and Dismissal

Procedures for the suspension and/or dismissal of employees are governed by state and federal laws, and Board of Education policies and administrative regulations. Among the reasons for suspension and/or dismissal are immorality, inefficiency in the line of duty and violation of district policies and regulations. The Board of Education will not suspend or dismiss any employee based upon the employee's age, sex, race, religion, national origin, creed, color, ancestry, veteran status or disability.
