ST. LOUIS BOARD OF EDUCATION REGULATION EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS Right to Appeal The Board of Education seeks equitable solutions to problems which may from time to time arise affecting the working conditions of its employees; and, therefore, any employee who feels he/she has been unfairly treated has the right to appeal through successively higher supervisors or administrators up to the superintendent of schools or his/her representative. An employee may also file an appeal consistent with the guidelines as promulgated under applicable federal and state laws and any policy statements.
