CONTINUITY OF SERVICE

It is the intent of the Board of Education to minimize those forces, factors and conditions that have a negative impact on the district's stability and goals. The board shall assure provisions designed to retain personnel and foster the continuity of services. Provisions shall include maintaining health and well being, occupational mobility for personnel, arranging for staff separation from the district, and having replacements as appropriate and to the extent available when, for any of a multitude of reasons, personnel are unable to perform their work.
