ST. LOUIS BOARD OF EDUCATION REGULATION Pay Rates - Extra Duty Pay All employees who are exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and are authorized to perform extra duties and/or assume additional responsibilities that make major demands on their time will receive extra duty pay in accordance with a schedule approved by the board and specified in the annual Compensation Plan for employees.
