ST. LOUIS BOARD OF EDUCATION REGULATION The Human Resource Officer or a representative shall serve as member of the committee charged with the responsibility for reviewing and recommending awards for Parsons-Blewett Scholarships. The awards include grants for advanced professional training in areas of teacher shortage, for research having particular significance for the St. Louis public schools and for the support of special projects and activities that may be initiated and/or approved by the superintendent of schools.
