EMPLOYMENT

Outside Secondary Employment

All full-time employees of the board who engage in secondary employment with an employer other than the Board of Education shall be governed by the following:

1. Perform no duties related to an outside job during regular working hours or during the additional time needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the employee's position with the board.

2. Use no district staff, facilities, equipment or materials in performing outside secondary employment.
