ST. LOUIS BOARD OF EDUCATION REGULATION Teachers - Vocational and Technical Education Teachers may be appointed on the secondary teachers’ salary schedule at such rank and salary as recommended by the superintendent of schools and approved by the Board of Education. Teachers of vocational industrial education, vocational family and consumer science, vocational business and office education, vocational cooperative education, agricultural education, and technical and related subjects must have the qualifications of work experience and professional training required by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
