ST. LOUIS BOARD OF EDUCATION REGULATION PERSONNEL It shall be the responsibility of the Division of Human Resources to provide direction and coordination in the development and implementation of district-wide induction and orientation programs. The participation of administrative and supervisory staff shall be expected. The staff development division shall provide on-going assistance to the Division of Human Resources in the development and facilitation of induction and orientation activities.
