ST. LOUIS BOARD OF EDUCATION REGULATION
It shall be the responsibility of the employee to promptly notify the Division of Human Resources of a change of name or other personal data such as address, home telephone number, beneficiary, dependents, emergency contact, credits earned toward salary schedule advancement, or insurance coverage. The Board of Education shall not be liable for problems arising from not being promptly and appropriately informed of an employee's name, data or status change.
