Operation -- Finance

The superintendent of schools, as assisted by the director of food and nutrition services, submits a budget of estimated income and expenses of the division of food and nutrition services for the year commencing on July 1 and furnishes the same each month to the board as a statement of income and disbursements of the division. The fiscal control office certifies the accuracy of the statements.
