Operations

Duties of the Principal

The principal shall have general supervision of custodians. The principal shall report any neglect on the part of the custodian to take proper care of the building and premises. He shall make his report in writing to the custodial supervisor, the commissioner of buildings, grounds, and property management, and the manager of maintenance operations. The principal shall arrange for custodians to have suitable access to all parts of the building and grounds to carry out their duties.
