Authority to Perform Audits

The fiscal control officer, at his or her discretion, or the direction of the superintendent of schools, has the authority to audit any school, division, or office of the school district and is authorized access to any and all records and supporting data necessary to conduct the audit.

The completed audits will be filed with the superintendent of schools.
