Periodic Audit -- Examination of Records of State Courts in the City

The fiscal control officer, shall provide for the annual examination of the records of the various courts in the City of St. Louis that transmit money to the Board of Education pursuant to law, and shall determine whether the board has received all money due under law. The fiscal control officer shall submit a written report of such examinations to the superintendent of schools for transmittal to the Board.
