Relations with Vendors -- Effective Dates of Bonds

A performance or other bond shall be in effect from the date of its approval until the obligation has been properly and satisfactorily fulfilled. Nothing contained in these rules shall affect in any manner the right, if any, of the board or of any third person to file suit on any bond, nor shall these rules limit the time within which a suit may be initiated.
