Administrative Councils, Cabinets, and Committees

The Board of Education encourages the superintendent, principals, and directors to create and maintain appropriate mechanisms such as councils, cabinets, and committees in order to foster good communications within the staff, and to allow members of the staff to have a voice in the improvement of individual schools and in the development of policies, rules, and regulations affecting them.
