Chiefs, Managers The consultant shall be recommended for a temporary appointment by the superintendent of schools to the Board of Education. He or she shall hold credentials documenting his or her skills, training, and level of expertise in the area of interest to the Board of Education. The person should have at the minimum three years of practical experience in the field or subject area in which the consultant's work will be performed.
