COMMUNITY RELATIONS

PARTICIPATION BY THE PUBLIC

Visits to the Schools

Loitering or Causing Disturbance

Any person who is not a member of the school staff or student body and who loiters on or about any school system building or grounds without written permission or who unlawfully interrupts or disturbs any public school session shall be subject to arrest and prosecution.

Any person in a drunken, intoxicated, or disorderly condition shall be prohibited from attending any meeting in any school or building in the district, or from being in any school in the district.

The above policy shall also be applied to students who have been duly suspended, reassigned, or expelled and who remain at school to loiter or cause a disturbance.

The principal or designee is empowered to proffer charges against anyone who violates this policy.
