BOARD MEETING

(September 22, 2008) – The Saint Louis Public Schools Special Administrative Board will hold a Special Board Meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 by teleconference at the offices of Lewis, Rice & Fingersh, L.C., Attorneys at Law, 500 N. Broadway, Suite 2000. The Special Board Meeting will begin with a motion to go into executive session at 4:30 p.m. Minutes will be taken and all votes will be recorded. The Executive Session is closed to the public pursuant to RSMO §610.021 (3). This notice is posted in compliance with RSMO §610.020. The agenda is as follows:
