BOARD MEETING

(August 17, 2007) – The Special Administrative Board will hold a Special Board Meeting and Regular Board Meeting on Thursday, August 23, 2007 at the Administrative Building located at 801 N. 11th Street in Room 108. The Special Board Meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and is open to the public. The Regular Board Meeting with begin immediately following the Special Board Meeting at 6:30 p.m. and is also open to the public. Immediately following the open session, an executive session will be held. The Executive Session is closed to the public pursuant to RSMO 610-021 (1) and (3). This notice is posted in compliance with RSMO §610-020. The agendas are as follows:
