CONSTRUCTION

Policy

The board has found and determined that it is beneficial to the board to adopt a comprehensive construction policy to govern the construction, repair, and modification of all board facilities. Such board policy is hereby set forth as Article 7 of the Board of Education Policies and Regulations and includes policies on the following:

· Planning
· Financing
· Design
· Construction Management Services
· Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Services
· Award of Construction Contracts
· Bids
· Bonds
· Change Order Conditions/Limits
· Emergency Repairs
· Naming of School Facilities
