METHODS OF OPERATION
Meetings - Meeting Conduct
Parliamentary Procedure

Except as otherwise provided by state statutes, or by the policies, regulations, and bylaws of the board, all meetings of the board will be conducted in accordance with Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised.

In accordance with Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised, the board may suspend parliamentary rules of order by a two-thirds vote of the members attending the meeting.
