BYLAWS OF THE BOARD

METHODS OF OPERATION

Meetings

Quorum

At all regular business and special meetings, a majority of the entire board shall constitute a quorum to take action. A majority of the Board shall also constitute a quorum for all standing committee meetings.

If a quorum is not present at the announced starting time of the meeting, the president or committee chairperson may, with the concurrence of those members present, begin a discussion of agenda items and set a date when action on the agenda items will be taken.

If a quorum is not present at the announced starting time of a teacher disciplinary hearing, the member present will reschedule the hearing at a later date.
