BYLAWS OF THE BOARD

ORGANIZATION

Ad Hoc Board Committees

Ad hoc board committees are temporary committees which may be established to perform specific assignments on behalf of the board. Ad hoc committees will be terminated upon completion of the tasks assigned and final report to the board. A majority or a number set by the chairperson shall constitute a quorum.

The president acting an behalf of or in collaboration with the board, shall appoint ad hoc committees as needed for specific purposes. Ad hoc committees will receive specific charges in writing along with specific timelines for the completion of written and verbal reports to the full board at the conclusion of assignments. Ad hoc committees will be terminated automatically when their assignments are completed.

The president of the board shall be an ex officio member of any and all ad hoc board committees.
