INTERNAL BOARD POLICIES
METHODS OF OPERATION
Membership in Professional Organizations

By a majority vote of the board taken at a public meeting, the board may vote to hold membership as a body in appropriate professional organizations, the dues of which shall be paid from board funds.

Board funds may be used for professional memberships for individual board members with the approval of the full board at a regular business meeting.
