The Board of Education of the St. Louis Public Schools shares the belief that a special recognition should be awarded to those students who have demonstrated achievement in learning two or more languages.
The Superintendent or designee shall approve applications for the Seal of Biliteracy awards based on the review of student qualifications in accordance with district established criteria.
