Prohibition Against Discrimination on the Basis of Sex

Except as permitted by Federal law, no student shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under, any educational program or activity operated by the Board of Education of the City of St. Louis.
